Arnold and Zane's arm weren't that big

Arnold was 19.75 and Zane was most likely 16.75

There's another Very important factor he did not talk about and that is.... How big is your ripped arm?

Ripped is sub-6

22.25” cold at 260 right now. Bicep vein is visible and a few other veins as well as good tri detail. Far from lean but I just enjoy being big and strong.

whats your bf?

any clue?

generally to go from 12% to 5% one will lose 2 full inches off of thier arm

this is a 19.5 inch arm @ 8% if he went down to 5% he'd lose a full inch

What about someone with very lean arms to start with?
My arms are always lean compared to my abs and low back offseason
My arms stay the same size regardless of how much off season weight I gain

from AJ

..a 16 inch muscular arm is very impressive—a 17 inch upper arm is so large
an 18 inch upper must be seen to be appreciated—and a 19 inch upper arm approaches the impossible insofar as size is concerned ..’’

‘’ The largest muscular arm that I ever measured—or saw—was Sergio Oliva?s, which, accurately measured, “cold” was 20 1/8 inches. Arnold Schwarzenegger?s arm was 19 7/8, slightly pumped—probably 19 1/2 “cold”..

..an actually muscular arm that measures a full 18 inches is enormous—a 19 inch arm is simply huge—and a 20 inch arm almost defies belief;

mine will be 16 and a RIPPED 16 8)

and once again from AJ... ..a 16 inch muscular arm is very impressive

here's what someone said bout King Zane's measurements

16-16.5" arms
46" chest
30" waist
13-13.5" forearms
26.5-27" quads
15.5-16" calves

here's my current

15.6 inch arms
46 inch chest
30.5 inch waist

i'll get my arms to 16 and waist to 28.5 and chest to 48.5 all @ 5% 8) 8) 8)

so i'll have a bigger chest and smaller waist than The King

I had 18" arms at a bodyweight of 220.

Now, at 200, I think they are around 16.5-17".

Never had good bicep peaks though.  Just meh.

As a result I was not able to become a wealthy professional bodybuilder and live in a mansion in L.A. and drive a stable of supercars.
