As the H5N1 bird flu virus spreads through dairy cattle, the US Food and Drug Administration is asking states to take more steps to protect the public from the risks of raw milk.

In an open letter posted to the agency’s website on Thursday, it urged states to warn the public more strongly about the dangers of raw milk and to test herds that produce it for sale.

The FDA also recommended that states use their regulatory authorities to stop the sale of raw milk within the state or in areas where dairy herds have tested positive.

Raw Milk: Do Its Benefits Outweigh the Dangers?

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/drinking-raw-milk

While raw milk is more natural and may contain more antimicrobials, its many health claims aren’t evidence-based and don’t outweigh potential risks like severe infections caused by harmful bacteria...

There is a reason for pasteurizing milk.

>

Pasteurization was introduced in response to an epidemic of bovine (cow) tuberculosis in the United States and Europe in the early 1900s. An estimated 65,000 people died over a 25-year period from consuming contaminated dairy.

Bovine tuberculosis is easily transmissible to humans and continues to be a problem to this day in parts of the world where people commonly drink unpasteurized milk

What’s the deal with milk?

Guess many peeps can't handle it

I drink 1 liter of it every single day and I'm not bloated or watery

It's supposedly the best protein source out there

I'm also running test/deca/dbol but low doses of them 150 test and 150 deca

Just switched from 200 test and 100 deca

The best I did was maybe 3 months no change

But I have been keeping total mgs within a small range

Broderick chavez says you can run 4-7 grams.per.kilo safely and once you go past 10 grams per kilo you most likely have issues

4-7 grams for me is 300-500 weekly which is about the range I stay in

As I said in another thread I'm convinced these guys are taking way too much gear

Big Paul is on 3 grams total and he will most likely weigh 230 on stage at 6'2 I'm pretty sure he could do that I n 1 gram total especially since he has been that size before

Vigorous Steve supposedly hit 220 using 150 test 70 var and 25 tren so about 250 mgs total at a fairly low body fat at 5'9 but he was 265 at one point running 2.5 grams of test solo

So what's wrong with wanting to learn and increase your level of knowledge?

I'm not the sharpest tool in the tool box so I'll freely admit that I have plenty to learn with regards to these matters
