Berg is a good start with keto but he is very wrong about the veggies, 100% carnivore is the way.

Watched lots of his videos while I was doing keto/ketovore

I've been 100% carnivore for 18 months (only plant that I've had during this time is 2 cups of daily coffee), no supplements. feel best I've ever have

Expenses wise, would you say it's cost less eating this way?

Amazing. First you pay out the ass to learn the secrets of Xenu and the volcanos and the B-52s and then you donate large sums ??? ::)
They have plenty to donate. A lot of their business probably comes from other Scientologists because of their clout in the church.

Most days its 6 eggs and 2-3lbs of 70/30 ground beef + some cheese. $20-$30 per day? I will have a nice $40 steak couple of times a week. Could go cheaper ground beef, I get decent one from wholefoods

No more expensive than standard eating out American diet

On the go I can grab patties from just about any fast food. In and out being my favorite. 15 patties for like $25

he leans on pseudoscience for the most part

occasionally he will cite a real scientific peer reviewed study but mostly he blends in a bunch of pseudo BS

he's just another grifter on youtube trying to make money on sensationalism and clicks
