hey iron brothers and sisters. I was just wandering if any of u have had an ultimate workout.
I mean this in following way: Have u ever had single workout wer everything clicked=mind muscle connection, surpassing targets etc etc? Or for those use periodisation, have u ever had a section of ur trainng wer uv come bak to a workout after couple months away from it and everyhitng has (weights etc) has shot up!?

Or have u ever hads like an amazing summer (my offseason) etc of training?

What was/has been ur best time for training, when u 1st started/wen u wer couple years into training and knew alot more etc etc??

I train using upper/lower split during rugby season, and find that is best way to train while playing sport and get loadsa good session!
Over summer im thinking of switching to normal split e.g. mon=legs....tue=back/shoulders....thur chest/arms....fri=legs-power moves, spritn session.

I feel i can have more great session in summer training that way as i dont have to worry about rugby at the mo?!

Best time for training for me is Spring Summer and fall.  I usually work out in the eve around 6 but during those months on Fridays i get to the gym at 6am and have a great workout. Usually shoulders on Friday. Its just easier when its sunny out.
As far as great workouts, mine are always great, but once in awhile ill have this super workout that everthing just comes into play.  Being 100% focused helps a lot.  I try to mentally envision each set im doing on my way to the gym from work.

The best workouts is 1 body part once per week for me.  Ive tried others but as far as size this has worked best.
