Jay i've gotta hand it to you, your back workout on One Step Closer is one of the most mind boggling things i've ever seen, reverse grip pulldowns, 500lb. deadlifts for reps, db rows with the 150's for 12, reverse grip barbell rows with 365 for 10, 9 plate t-bars, seated cable rows with the stack plus weight plates, Icarian seated rows, db rows on an incline bench, that literally was one of the most brutal workouts i've ever seen, no wonder your back was so improved this year, you are the hardest working pro in the sport today.

Not to mention the energy,Jay videos are very quite and numbing
But I gotta say Jay did improve his back alot latly,props!
