for my deadlifts...a few of you remember a few weeks ago i started deadlifting...well i couldn't pull 450 like it was nothing..and could only get reps of 3 and 4 out of 405
well today i hit 405 for 9 reps!!! i was ecstatic!
so i figured hey if i can get 9 for 405 then i can try for another 450 attempt and i got it...5 times!
thanks for the help guys! in another month i'll have 500!
there is something to take a note of though...i'm doing these starting from just below the knee stiff legged...not from the ground so i'ts not a full deadlift.
