you are fighting scientifically supported evidence that healthy fats are a necessity to keeping testosterone levels as high as possible (.5g/LBM minimum). Do you have any idea how fucking HIGH your fat intake would be to promote a fluctuation in Testosterone levels?  Even then it wouldn`t make much of a difference at all.

When dieting for fat loss,in a caloric defecit, You simply CANNOT have a high enough fat intake to do anything.  You will end up in a surplus of calories and then the result is stored bodyfat.

Thats not true either.

Different body types.  Plus I do look full in full body pictures......Looking full is another bullshit term in actuallity and so is the carb up process for a natural.

i'm just saying you looked more full in your chest last year, that's all.  

as lean as you are, a high carb day now and again would actually help you more than hurt you btw...

Your "peer Reviewed Journal" DOES NOT apply to someone trying to get to 3-4 percent bodyfat.

That is for healthy eating perhaps or athletic performance....Even then Ingesting fat really won`t do much to Natural Testosterone levels at any point.

You actually think 20-30 more fat grams is really going to initiate a considerable Hormonal Response?

It wouldn`t help.  It wouldn`t do anything actually....It is not going to make me stronger and I NEVER run out of energy and the body does not adapt to a low defecit.

So why bother?

My chest is the same if not a bit bigger this year by the way :)

Yes, it does apply to anyone, in fact, when going down to 5% or lower, the importance of healthy fats INCREASES...becuase your androgen levels will be down in the gutter.

You need .5g/lb LMB minimum fat intake. You should be around 100g of fats per day. And to your statement that EFAs are worthless, well, chew on this:

i hate cardio...prefer to diet similar to adonis and bast. my only difference is i slowly drop calories week by week until i hit 2000. at 2000 calories a day i shed fat very quickly and i only do 45 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week. mainly for health and i enjoy swimming outside.
