Phil knows what needs to be done. Out of any other pro, he is the one that made the greatest improvements in such a short time. He knows how he wants to look like and by what I see he is doing incredible.
I wish you guys seen him in person at the Expo. He looks incredible and seems like he added more mass to his frame. To me, he looked as though he was between 240-250. Maybe a little over 240...thats my speculation....
I cant wait to see what this kid is going to do in future contests.
