Hi, I am new to these boards. Now I have read some of the threads about ephedrine, but these are all about it being a fat burner.....I use it as a preworkout, energy booster (if it burns off some fat, this is good too). I take 400mg of caffeine and 6 to 8 tabs of ephedrine (48 to 64mg) sometimes I will throw in a baby aspirin. I find that this works well and will leave my system by the end of the workout.
Thoughts, opinions, advice???
