Sust, Deca & Dbol

What do you think of this combo, what dosages & frequencies do you advise?

i just got done doing that stack and i did it like this
750-1000mg of sust a week  split mon and thurs  16weeks
300mg of deca a week   split mon and thurs          16weeks
50mg of dbol a day  for                                             6weeks

Dirty's method seems pretty close.  The changes I would make to it have to do with the frequency of the sust injections.  The best way to administer sust is to shoot it EOD, much of the drug has a short half life and EOD will keep your test blood levels steady.  At an absolute minimum shoot it 3 times a week.  That is one of the reasons I don't care much for sust, the stuff is much harder to control than a single ester test such as cyp or enth.  I also don't like the injection frequency, I hate to pin, its not fun and is a risk each time you do.  Also sust is one of the most highly counterfeited steroids out there.

In your case Test-E is best way, or Test Cyp. Single long acting testosterone ester.

What's your cycle history?

If this is your first cycle then i'd advise against Sust. This is mainly for the pain factor associated with the Test Prop that's in it. However if your going to take these then I'd advise the following cycle (I'm assuming you're new the to game):

Weeks 1-6 Dbol 30-50mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Sust 500-1000mg EW (doseage would depend on your cycle history)
Weeks 1-10 Deca 300mg EW
PCT - about two weeks after your last shot (I personally like to wait ten days but that's just me).

You might also want to keep some Adex or Nolva on hand in case gyno starts to show it's ugly face. 

You could also change out the Sust with Test E or C.
