i was raised to eat 'healthy' food you know low fat low sugar normal food still had goodies here and there. i had a very wimpy structure until i started lifting, eating more and eating whatever high fat crap i wanted. this is when i gained size ofcourse
then you got fat people with huuge calves that were brought up with eating cheesefries for dinner with ranch dressing/ hamberger with 50% fat/ goodies anytime they pleased. the growth stimulation by calories alone along with higher bodyweight too caused alot of muscle growth in there untrained slobby asses in there calves because these calves are the only muscles they every even slightly used, these untrained garbage eating people. they were supplied with the CORRECT building tools all along the problem is, they were so SEDENTARY that they didnt burn the excess off wich caused obesity and other health problems of cours because of being so SEDENTARY. Fat people had the tools all along. I think bodybuilders would see much better gains if they ate like this, but stepped up there training intensity so they dont get fat...I eat pizza and icecream everyday and dont get fat but i do grow!
