The night of your show you pack 2 bags. One w/clothes to change into to go out in later, and the other full of candy, cookies, trail mix and wine to immediately tear into as soon as you step offstage.

After your show you eat a full baked alaska in your car on the way to the bar.

- you bitch because everyone is running (not really, they just appear to be because you can't move faster than a snails pace) to where ever and saying "come on" while you drag your ass say "wtf, slow the hell down, this isn't a .... wtf is the word i'm looking for??? ... oh ya a race!

- you dream of brownie sundays... all the time, day or night

- you yell at the scale because it hasn't moved in ... 2 hours (since the last time you stepped on it)

- the meat manager ask if you want that lovely piece of chicken breast shrink-wrapped and you instantly think of the day of show and what you're supposed to look like.

- people tell ya that your looking awesome and you barely have the strength to muster up a smile to say thanks (even though inside you're think you aren't there yet).

omg, the list goes on and on........

there are some pretty good sugar free popsicles from ALDI...I was never one for popsicles but I was pretty sick with a fever and a friend brought them over. They are much better then the popsicle brand from what I have heard...not an icee but could do the trick

Yes they do, I miss those...actually my favorite thing on my diet has been Species peanut butter vanilla protein with just a bit of water to make a "pudding." Then you freeze it for about 30-45 minutes until it is semi-frozen and add a bit of Walden Farms chocolate sauce which is a zero calorie/carb syrup. I am sure it is NOT healthy as far as ingesting chemicals and having NO CLUE how they make a chocolate product with no caloires but sometime you gotta do what you gotta do to make it

I had the Walden Farms calorie free Ranch salad dressing and I thought I was going to puke. Nasty stuff. So does the chocolate taste like chocolate?

the ranch is super nasty...most of the products are....DO NOT TRY THE PEANUT BUTTER! but the chocolate in smaller amounts is pretty good. If you get too much of it it tastes a little funky but in small quantities and over half frozen protein pudding it is phenomenal....
