« on: October 08, 2006, 07:33:25 PM »
Hey guys I was just wondering if yall could help me out...Ive been working out for the past month with maybe one to two days off and Ive been feeling fine..been having a post workout shake of 60g dextrose and 30g protein....For some reason this weekend my body went to hell and I have no energy, and I cant keep my eyes open....I really am not sure if i have become insulin dependent or if ive been overtraining?Ive never have felt like this before.

yes you need to take off more than one or two days a month...that is overtraining...your body is telling you it needs a rest.

what is the breakdown of you weekly workout schedule?  ...are you natural?

Have you been cutting? Looks like a lack of energy.

Eat a decent meal, start out with a couple of serious pizza's, eat some pasta, finish the day with homemade toast, just turn on the oven to speed things up, get some extra sleep,
if you still feel shitty the next day, go see the doctor and ask for a bloodtest. It could be a serious lack of certain levels in your blood like iron or something similair.

Make sure you take a Multi.  I too crashed recently, but this was due to lack of a consistant sleep schedule.  I slept 18 hours straight a couple nights ago and now my body feels much better.  Are you taking any caffiene or Ephdra?  If so you might a dependence on it, and this also could lead to a crash.  Just get some rest, and drink plenty of water.

I usually work chest and tri's on sunday then back and bi's on monday..then comes tuesday I do heavy cardio and endurance training, then wednesday I do shoulders. then thursday more heavy cardio and endurance training, and then I start all the way over and keep on doing this.
I have just come off a really light cycle....but ive been training the same way since off and really been getting good size while off.

I already been taking vitamins everymorning which consists of vitamin c, zinc, magnesium, complex b12, cherry extract, glucosamine chondroiton, and chromium picolinate..along with twinlab amino acid formula(liquid)

My diet is very clean and I am giving my body plenty of calories to maintain itself......
I have been taking clen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off....but when im off for the past week and a half ive been having a sugar free redbull every morning.

the 2 weeks on and off clen is good...i would do eca in between.

i would have a couple of questions about your training...what are these endurance workouts you are doing on your cardio days? ...if you are talking about high volume training with light weights you should cut that out...the cardio is good but the extra time with the weights is not gonna do anything for you except slow down your gains...also you didnt mention anything about legs....do you train your legs?

the endurance training is wrestling practice along with running and light weight lifting...it is mandatory since it is my last year wrestling in college.I havnt trained legs in a while...i usually consider wrestling to be my leg workout.
