Cutting.
I just got back from vacation, 2 days ago, so I'm back on the diet.
Already dropped about 34 lbs. Got up to 240 (

), so I'm doing much better now.
I'm gonna continue "cutting", and see where I end up. I'm thinking another 15 lbs or so........but I'll let the mirror decide.
