wow man that is small. good to see you put the hard work in to bulk up.

I have a very small bone structure. My wrists are only just over 6 inches. Still a good physique does not come overnight. Finally got my arms up to 18. If i am honest i dont think i can get much bigger without supplementation. A route i am not willing to take.

21 years. I was so skinny i had a pinstripe suit with one pinstripe. It took me 5 years to look normal.

Started at 16 weighing 126 ibs @ 511. ( I kid you not.)
I'm 217 ibs at the moment at about 12- 15% bodyfat.

No thanks, I leave it to you to grease up with the other beefy studs and trade poses in your underwear for the wide-eyed queers in attendance.....the definition of guts and courage **snicker**.   Although, you are correct......you "fellas" are the ones with the true courage.   It takes guts to shell out $15K in food and drugs for a single "contest" and receive only debt and a $12 plastic trophy and/or a $6 3rd place ribbon in return.   You keep living the dream and one day maybe....just maybe.....they'll print your name in a quick blurb in FLEX that no one will see!!!
