Troy talking about his hernia injury.

"Completely happy with what I brought to the stage, just didn't get the callouts"

"When I bring my best to the stage, just give me an opportunity to compete, that's all I ask for"

"Branch was even close to his best and I beat him at most every shot, they must have thought he was going to be in the top after his early shows this year."

Troy, I brought in 10lbs heavier, better conditioning, improved glute and hams, what do the judges want? Judge told me I still need better conditioning at the glutes and hams.

"I refuse to play the mass game, I have things I want to do after bodybuilding"

On Lee Priest:

"Based on rules, they did the right thing, he knew what the rules were and got what he deserved. The rules are the rules. He has to live by it now and can't complain. Will it be good for another organization? You never know. But as for now, the rules are the rules. I wouldn't have considered going to the PDI if we were allowed, you just don't know how long it will be there or what will be there. I want to compete against the best."

I will be taking off the Ironman, I'll be back for the NY Pro and Colorado Pro, I think I can win them. Flex and Nutrex been behind me 100%!

I didn't know this but Troy attended college on a baseball scholarship. Pretty cool. Seemed really down to earth and said what he felt without coming across arrogant or obnoxious, very good interviewee, went into detail very well.

Hany Rambod:

2 day period killed Ronnie, he would have won had it been same day. Ronnie beat Ronnie, Jay didn't beat Ronnie.

Ronnie needs to make sure he heals 100%, and not take months off, work more like a bodybuilder and not like a powerlifter since he's getting up in age. Ronnie's injury was more significant than we thought. Ronnie downplayed the injury to Chad and Hany. Age and the injury and the show being earlier caused Ronnie's mistiming.

Hany on Phil:

About 260 lbs, trying to build more width and larger hams, about 2 months away from starting diet for the Arnold. I feel Phil can go all the way and become a Mr. Olympia, hard worker, focused, played D-IA basketball in college, making great improvements along his back. Thinks he will be on top in 2-3 years. Wants to break Top 5 at Arnold.

Hany thinks Ronnie should NOT do the Arnold and focus on doing one more Olympia and then retire.
