?? Sorry but I don't think you realize what the real stage lights do to a physique in less than ripped shape or not tanned. Not to prey but have you ever competed? Or have you ever noticed that some guys look big and pretty cut in certain gym light but look less ripped on stage?
the stage lights maginify what you have and make it worse if you are off.

Goodrum has bodybuilding potential. His legs have good shape and there is a hint of some separation in the thighs. Calves okay. Almost 2 rows of abs. Needs to get rid of gynecomastia. Maybe a Vince G rid-gyne-contribution fund? Needs more size and then get ripped. Most of the other guys at the Mountaineer were ripped to shreds but aren't very big. I'd say 4 to 6 weeks out shape as presented here.

Haha, I use firefox and had no idea that there was even protection on them until you just said. I just saved them to my desktop with no issues atall.

I'm thinking a photoshop competition.

Howie. Yes I do. And currently. I agree that that lighting would accentuate any flaws, but it would also highlight any muscularity he did have. The problem is this : His flaws outweigh his weaknesses !

I think Vince's biggest problem is that he's unable to fathom the idea of really going down to contest condition and shrinking to his actual size (plus some minor wastage for his trouble).

For a guy with all those titles. CSN, MFD, ILS, etc..... The man looks as though he never dieted a day !!!! How could someone with all his "self-proclaimed" knowledge, not even have a grasp on even basic dieting ! He would have been in better condition if he dieted on apples and water for 14 weeks. It's truly mind boggling, that he looks like that. I've seen fat chicks who go on those liquid diets and salad diets loose more weight . Pathetic.
**** Anyone sticking up for this tool is clueless ! He talks about all his bodybuilding knowledge, yet he can't even grasp basic dieting and muscle building principles.

Goodrum dieted and probably lost heaps of fat. Just not enough to look cut. Sometimes we overestimate how cut we are. This is were training at home has its disadvantages.

And the reason they give away swords at that show is the promoter hopes they will stab you with them so you don't enter the show again.

And why in hell would anyone but the competitors buy that video. I'd rather watch a video of paint drying. Expect watching you pose would be hilarious. That right there is the only reason to waste the money. But, don't worry someone will get it and post your routine.

You just answered your own statement. Vince is not sane. he was abused as a kid by everyone and grew up liking it.

I just saw "Paint drying II, the latex base " really enjoyed it.
