Our friends, our enemies, and those in between.

Note the convenient access to waterways.

True, I am sleep deprived, but...

I would loooooooooove for someone to tell me what is incorrect on that map.

The oil fields are of course more spread out, but I noticed how they all cradle the coast, that sexy little basin that any superpower would like to control - http://www.gregcroft.com/reports.ivnu

I guess I'm just completely in shock that we're "considering negotiations and add'l sanctions" with a country (NKorea) that just set off a nuke.

We're massing forces at Iran's border (Oct 1 thru 21st).

Why would we put so little heat on N Korea, a nuclear power whose beef is ONLY with the US... when we put so MUCH heat on iran, a country with no nuke capability, whose biggest threat is Israel??   NK fired missiles on July 4 and set off a nuke the other day, and cited US as the cause.

Anyone?

YOU are sleep deprived?  I bet your wife would smack you good for that remark, ...if she wasn't so exhausted.

Try having a baby attached to your boob every 2 hrs.

Next I s'pose you're gonna tell us how difficult it was carrying the baby for 9 months, feeling the minerals being leeched from your body in order for the baby to form, ...not to mention how much pain the c-section caused you.

C'mon Rob, ...tell us all about it from your enlightened male perspective.  ::)

Sometimes men say the silliest things. hrmph!

What does one have to do with the other?  Yes women who give birth are studs and I cannot think of anything that requires more raw human strength, but that doesn't mean men have no right to be exhausted when they stand through hours of labor, care for an adult who is essentially helpless for hours, change diapers, and help run the house, etc., etc.

good call BB!

mama got put on bedrest at 30 weeks with pre-eclampsia.  baby born 8 weeks later.  i've been the only breadwinner, only drive, only cook, only maid, only shopper, only "get everything ready for the baby' guy for the last 2 months.

Now that baby is here and mama is healthier, it feels liek I'm on vacation!

Good for you.  Congrats again.  Glad everyone is healthy.  My wife was on bed rest with brat number 3.  That sucked.  For me.   :)  Hey if your wife is breast feeding make sure you perfect the gentle elbow to the ribs when the baby wakes up at 1 a.m.   ;D
