newbie cycle

I am planning on starting a cycle here in the next month or so.

I have been told to take 1cc of sestanon and 1cc of Decca a week. for 10 weeks

does this sound reasonable ?? should i be taking anti estrogen's with it? If so what should i use, how long should i use it, and when to start it? before during or after the cycle.

first cycle recommendation...400-500mg of test for 8-12 weeks with pct...just to see how your body reacts to the drug and go from there.  If you don't gain much of anything maybe a more anabolic compound would be called for next time...if you blow up..why bother spending more money on drugs that you don't really need?

Just start with 500mg of Test a week for 10-12 weeks. If you want to "jump start" the cycle you can add 30-50mg of Dbol for 4-6 weeks.

Posting "cc's" is meaningless.  It is the concentration of the compound that has meaning.

That said, Overload has posted a very reasonable cycle for a first-timer.
