Not for nothing, but take the following into account:

1. PDI has no website
2. 240 began speaking with Wayne 6 months ago.
3. 240 charges $300 for a website.
4. 240 was eager to help out the PDI.
5. Lift Studios was not in competition for the gig.
6. NOC came and went.
7. Still no website.
8. Usually takes 240 about 30 days or less to get a site up and running.
9. Rhino, Priest, Galanti received far in excess of $300 in hype and pub from their sites.
10. Were it not for OnlyMe and 240, most people would never have known about the NOC this year.
