I do too but not this type of snow.  It isn't the fun kind and didn't stick-we have no mountains here to snowboard or ski so it basically just means it was REALLY cold., plus it shouldn't be snowing yet.

true.  the wet, slushy snow is the best.  You can pack that stuff like crazy and bomb the mess out of people.  i don't like the dry, flakey snow as much.  but it's so beautiful to look at.

Because she lives by me so she can relate

in a previous life, i dated a girl who lived in Skokie.  then she moved to Round Lake, and that was too much of a trek from the airport.  :(  guess it wasn't meant to be.

I have that too!  Winter is a bitch!

I started using this last year and it really seemed to help.  I stopped for the summer.  Guess it's time to start back up and truly put it to the test.  I seem to recall 6 caps a day (3 split doses), but I'd have to double check that.  Let me know if you need help finding it.

Can you open this? http://www.standardprocess.com/index.asp and then go to their product information?  This is an awesome line of supplements (specialty) and they have a very unique manufacturing process.  You can't get them just anywhere - it must be from a health care professional trained in their products. I don't know anything about any other niacinamide B6, but I can tell you from experience, I tried an off the shelf brand and it didn't even come close...
