Trying to keep it relatively simple:   
Would like to throw some winny in but not to sure about the dosages.

Test-e 1-12 Weeks  500mg (ew)
EQ  1-12  400mg ew
Nolva for PCT

What have you used before?

Looks good...nice and simple.

1-12 Test 500mg
1-12 EQ    400mg
8-12 Oral Winny  50mg per day split doses

PCT

40mg nolva ED taper down...i run nolva 3-4 weeks

I like to start PCT 1 week after if i'm using Test-E/C

What overload said is fine, but  typically like to see guys run some sort of AI as well.

Whats your suggestion for an AI arnold? and would it matter if I decided to drop the win. and just take the EQ and Test.

are you bulking or cutting? i use winny for cutting.

would you mind to add   dbol, 6 weeks..
