Depends. Today I did 2 hours of arms plus 23min of cardio. I am thinking of switching to fullbody routines. I do so much different things and its fun to try out different training routines.

well just keep letting me know how much time you spend in the gym, because i CANNOT BE OUTDONE. you are kinda crazy and might put in more time in the gym than me, but if you put in 3 hours ill have to do 4
IMO, I think (and I might be wrong) you might not spend enough time on any one routine to get its benefits..food for thought.
Yeah I don't know what's wrong with me. I start a routine and the max I keep at it is about a month. Now its barely a week. I have to outtrain everybody. or maybe not cause it feels like I ripped my tricep..
how essential are deadlifts? didn't Dexter just start doing them for the first time like 2 years ago?
