Im thinking that he isnt on juice in the training pictures or at least coming off of a cycle. Cena looked far better and more developed a year or two ago, so one would think he is "off" at this point.

I heard a story that someone once bet Cena that he couldn't squat like 600lbs so John walks up to the bar and unracks it lowers down to parrellel looks at the guy who bet him and gives him a wink and gets 600 pretty easy.

I've heard of him doing more than that.....when did he say this? Dude was huge back when he was doing the whole "prototype" gimmick, he did a commercial for Golds and he was looking like a national level guy to me...

Cena was on Howard Stern a few days ago and said he never tried steroids. As far as physique wise, I think he looks pretty good and about 80% of the people on this board would look like that if they could. I don't know if he's juiced or not, but I think his physique has been pretty consistent over the years. So if he has, I don't think it's been much.

Not to mention the guy is famous and travels the world. Also wrestles full time. He does not sit around train, eat, sleep and shit like a bodybuilder. at the Olympia Cena had more people arund him than anyone else, any pro bodybuilder or ufc fighter, he had triple what anyone else had...anyone on this board who was there knows that...your right though, he is not a pro bb'r, he is a wrestler, actor and "rapper" and he makes more money than the top 5 bb'rs int he world combined.....plus he can whoop any of them too, hes actually an athletic guy and we all know that bb's are stiff and really cant move, shoot, markus ruhl cant even take his own shirt on and off, he needs help.

He is natural. He's been training since he was 15, he's athletic, and he trains his ass off. There is no reason he can't look the way he does and be natural.
