I went to the gym at 6am before work and was listening to only
GUNS AND FU*KING ROSES!!! >>APPETITE!!!

Put on "My Michelle" and was doing shoulder presses of 205lbs for 8 reps !!!!

I look sick right now !!!




DISCUSS getting ampped for the fuggin gym bros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wear basketball shorts, jordans, and wife beaters ..some times matching headbands and wristbands..special edition Lee Haney signed ...i bought a set of three for 55$ !!! The are worth every cent!!

My Michelle is one of the best songs on that disk, I love it....tons of good stuff on that disk, Night Train, It's so Easy, Rocket Queen...killer cd.

I love back day.  My second daughter just did deadlifts for the first time last night.  I was pumped!  I also explained to her how when folks discovery that she lifts they will ask her, repeatedly, "how much can you bench?"  I told her the response should be "I don't know.  How much can you deadlift?"   :)

Axl Rose does sound horrible as of late. One of the reasons that they don't have that same sound is because Slash isn't there any more. I don't think that Slash was an extraordinary guitar player but he was very good and that's hard to duplicate for the new members of GNR now.

yeah, i am a huge slash fan, but will prob pass on the new version of gnr

Slash is no virtuoso like a Van Halen but he played with a lot of feeling.

If I was you, 240, I would go.

I saw them at Wembley this summer and they were amazing.

Axl sang with Sebastian Bach on "My Michelle", and Izzy joined them for the last few songs. One of the best gigs I've been to for ages.
