Vitargo ?

I just got some Vitargo and it recommends that you take it as soon as possible after working out. Does anyone know if its better to take it before the post-workout protein shake or after or does it really matter.

It is fairly expensive so I prefer post workout. I specifically use Nutrex. Only Creatine mixture that does not upset my stomach..

Definitely does need to be blended tho-

Nutrex vitargo is the best.  "Pure Vitargo" is ok but does not mix as well, and tends to clump easily.  The only reason you would have to stock up on toilet paper is if you drik it too fast.  That is why it says sip it!

Yes I agree- nutex vitargo cgl is a fantastic product- I get some very painfull pumps off of the stuff-
