I let nothing slip past me. Ever. The thing is...if they get married it will be because ME, TheBlockHead opened this can of worms UP. That's how egocentric I can be...you see that? Taking credit for a possible marriage between Arvilla and Laura. You see...between the two it's a touchy subject. I am positive when brought up by Laura in a passive agressive 'sarcastic' way...Arvilla laughs it off or the most serious he get's is..."you know I'm not going anywhere...you know we don't need a piece of paper telling us we love eachother or we're a couple..."
Mike likes having the security of knowing that there is not much to 'untie' if their relationship fails and Arvilla being a BB...he naturally doesn't like feeling 'smothered' or 'tied down'. He likes freedom. I am also willing to bet but I could be wrong...that Laura moved in with HIM or...or most of their stuff is in his name.
Either way...Laura just simply PRETENDS like it's no big deal when in reality...inside she wants to expierence the white dress and ceremony and 'knowing inside' that for sure...they are for real.

Sorry Block, you are wrong here on many parts. Firstly I have been married before, therefore I don't need the "white dress and ceremony". Been there, done that. I also know that piece of paper to most people doesn't mean a damn thing. It sure as hell doesn't "tie" anyone down to anyone.
We don't need a piece of paper to say we love each other and want to spend the rest of our lives together. All I have to do is look at Michael to know how he feels about me, and I believe he sees the same in my eyes.
And btw...we moved down here together and nothing is in one or the other's name. We own things equally and no single name is on anything (except our cars, which we had prior).
