I've been thinking, and since bodybuilding can't afford any more bad press.  Not just the steroids, but also Craig and Kelly.

Maybe the IFBB did not want Vic as the poster child for the sport considering all of his problems iwth the law.  They may have him on probation for a few months, and take it from there.

I thought he looked better than both Ronnie and Jay.

he wont ever be able to come in dry. look at his face hes always holding water(moon face). his kidneys are shot, therefore he wont ever lose that watery look he has.

I've heard from a couple different people in the sport that the I.F.B.B. will NEVER let him be Mr. O because of his past law problems.  It would look terrible for the sport (not that the sport doesn't do a good job of looking bad to the public on it's own).

Correct.
It is also correct that the IFBB will never give him the "O" title because of his past legal problems.

No think he placed very fair. Many other athletes (in other sports) who receive much more publicity, do way worse things than vic. Look st T.O., He tried to kill himself. But he's still wearin Under Armor

Richards is a CONVICTED FELON.  How many guys in the entire NFL, NBA and MLB, out of THOUSANDS, are convicted felons?  I'd bet it's under 1%.

using is one thing.

spending time in jail for selling is quite another.

sad... i wish vic m was Mr O... but I don't think they'll let it happen.  I can just see ESPON or SI talking about 'a sport in which the crowned champion is blah blah...;

Well, at least they WILL talk about Pro Bodybuilding.  At this point, the world tic-tac-toe championships takes preference over some little event called the Mr. Olympia.

Martinez (sorry for the mistake, Ed, God of rants) is a FELON.  Period.  The I.F.B.B. will NOT let this guy win the most prestigeous contest they have.  No way.  You know it, I know it.

You can reply until your fingers fall off but you know I'm right and you're wrong.

yeah, but he also wouldn't deserve the title even if he wasn't a felon

at the O, he should have been behind Dex, Anthony, and perhaps Ruhl

LOL 'perfectly conditioned' with the highest calves god can grant. LOL.

His physique will always be unbalanced due to this fatal flaw.

How he got 3rd in the O without calves, there's hope for this 62kg pencilneck yet. ;-)
