I do a 3-4 day trip back home to get snow on Xmas; the rest of the year it's not missed.

Some french Canadians are coarse n' rude, no doubt, then again they're also more lively than anglophones so it's a mix of good and bad.

Coming from New york I always thought that as well, but I've know learned that sitting on a beach in 78-84 degree weather in december is much much better.

I love snow. I also love the winter. I like the summer when I am at the beach or out on the town in the warm night weather. But here in NE it is humid as hell all summer. I cannot stand the humidity. If it was dry heat like in cali I would not mind. But it is misrable, humid, sweat if you walk 2 feet nonsense.

Spring and fall are much better! Give me 70 and sunny in the fall or spring any day!!!
