I'm about to run some Halodrol-50, but I got it in 25mg tabs instead of 50mg because I heard spacing out the dosage throughout the day would be more effective.
My question is: At what times of the day should I take each dose???
Its my understanding that it would be more effective to take the doses on an empty stomach, is this correct? Also, does it really matter what time of day that I take each dose and how long should the doses be spaced apart?
