he knows he's not 5% he just doesn't hesitate to lie about it. I'm sure the reporter just took his word for it. Fact checking standards are apparently pretty lax for athlete profiles. This is what they call a puff piece.

Most people don't have any real idea about body fat percentages - anyone competing in an aerobic type sport will never let there body fat get to far under 8% (with the exception of body fitness, and fitness chicks). I remeber these idiotic NFL commentators during a game accually said this DE was something like 3% bobyfat - this guy was smooth as hell and only veins exposed on him were his biceps.

Mariusz won't jump onstage and compete, and 5% BF is unneccesary for his sport, but compare to other world strong man, Mariusz is pretty fcuking lean, and I dont think he would have any problem to get his body at 5% bf. and no way he was at 5% bf at the Expo, but by far I believe he's the rippest of all strong man
