It's not as if I endorse Bush but there are many many many aspects of modern government, law and policy that our founding fathers would be spinning in their graves over.
Clearly the country has changed since we were established and the Constitution has grown and changed with us.
I don't remember who said it but someone said, "the constitution is a living, breathing and evolving thing" or something very similar to that.
