i noiticed that invariably everygym around the world...more or less hardcore has a pic or poster with ray....and i'm talking outside us...even in afghanistan

shawn ray is one of the most respected and one of the most known pro bodybuilders of all time..king shawn ray is the man.one of the best symmetrical bodybuilders of all time..shawn ray looked much better thn flex wheeler..

weve got a signed picture of doz yates in our gym, and pics in frames of everyone who lifts there thats done competitions, weve got an oldish guy who i think was a mr universe or something too from 80's or early 90's, he probly had the most success in bb in there, dunno why im posting this i just wanted to join in...

I used to train a Temple Gym in Birmingham and Doz had signed photos of nearly every major bodybuilder from the nineties on the wall, including himself of course. It was pretty inspiring the first time I ever went in there and saw all the photos. And yes, even Shawn was there!!

We have a nice pic of the B-25 bomber that crashed into Lake Murrary in 1943 on a wall in my gym.  Not sure what it has to do with working out tho....... ???

Well, that must mean there are pics of Kamali in most gyms in the world too, since KK thinks he's on a par with Shawn.  ::)

Golds gym has become a joke around here. no idea about out an Cali and such. I went to the one in Southie (South Boston) for about a week. The whole place is cardio land now. I have no problem with that if there is also serious lifting equipment around. Especially at golds. They do claim to be the mecca and all ::)

Worlds... Now that was a good gym!!!

I used to lift at a Worlds in Quincy for about a year a long time ago. It was pretty small though.
