Dan, what chain do you think offer the best gyms/equipment?   Golds, Worlds, Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, etc.

thats true.... not all the LA Fitnesses carry the same equipment....some I have seen carry hammer strength and cybex which are great and I have seen some carry something called flex or whatever that had light ass stacks and bad angles/design...... it all varies

Ummm it was a joke.  It's not really a new gym, shadow.  The "L" is missing making it "God's Gym", which was the joke.

yeah i hear that alot. i usually go to the YMCA or just stay home with my own weights. I found that a bench press squat rack and barbell are enough for any bodypart i need to work.

My gym..  Powerhouse with Nebula!!!  Most hardcore equipment ever made..

As long as it doesnt have Bodymasters equipment than its fine.  Bodymasters is the worst equipment to date.
