I find it highly amusing that the majority of idiots here would call this small.
I stated this to be my overall goal 185 lbs at about the same height, which isn`t too far off.

I love how everyone who had something negative to say HAS NEVER EVEN TOUCHED 185 lbs RIPPED.

I find it highly amusing that they THINK they look better. No reason why that is. Anyone have any insight?

Just shows you how delusional people really are.

Most people here are clearly all fat I have noticed. They are fooling themselves if they think they are going to diet down and be bigger than Flex Wheeler at that height....At least most people that I have seen.(Groink and many others)

He looks good, but i rather be fuller than be skin and bones...flex's legs must wiegh a combined 45 lbs there .

This is why I stated flex wheeler should not be in the realm of the Sergio's, Arnold's and Colemans of the world when speaking of RAW genetics for bodybuilding. 185 lbs juiced to the face. He looks incredable. But this video proves Flex was a genetic mutant when it came to shape and DRUG response.

He looks outstanding there.

Makes you wonder about his drug response as well....Was it really that great? Others may have been using less and gotten better results. Perhaps he was using mega-doses by 2000....

There is no point in comparing yourself at 185 with Flex Wheeler at 185. Apples and Oranges. Second...I could care less what someone weighs. He looks huge at 185. I like like an anorexic at 185. Weight doesn't tell much about a persons size. Go by what the mirror tells you.

I can only speculate. But with his kidney issues I think you may be right. They guy looked amazing in that video. hell he looked amazing at any weight. but Flex was a guy you can with confidence say "all drugs" to. Without the sauce Mr Wheeler would have been a ripped 150.

There is no fucking NATURAL on this board that is 190 at 2 percent bodyfat. I would love to meet a 5'10 natural 190 at 2 percent bodyfat. They are few and far between. People seem to think 2 percent bodyfat means 8 percent bf.
