wondering which pros are the closest to contest shape,definition, low bodyfat, and still with huge mass year round? i'm guessing the so called "lighter" more aesthetic pros like darrem charles, dexter, richard jones, mark dugdale, etc. no offense,i'm a huge jay fan, but it seems that guys of his ilk ( the mass monsters, ronnie, ruhl, etc.) for the most part look like overweight football players in baggy clothes for the huge majority of the year, except for perhaps the month or so before and after a competition and of course the competiton itself. of course, i'm sure if jay given a week's time anytime of the year could whip the bodyfat right off and get the definition and get rid of the bloat.anyway, comments.
