I seriously hope this guy hasn't been bodybuilding for years. If so, then he should just give up b/c he obviously doesn't have the genetics.

Give Goodrum a break. His genetics are fine. Good shape and great legs. Just needs a bit of size and he has to get rid of the gynecomastia. Besides, he hurt himself in a serious accident and hasn't been able to lift heavy this year. You gotta admire the way he gets on stage and gives his all for his fans.

I mean, look at the low angle those photos were taken at. You sometimes can't help that because the stage is higher. It is a pity that the photographer covered Vince G's superb calves. He obviously is much bigger and better than depicted in these photos. His facial expressions either reflect his intense concentration or perhaps he heard some jeering at the back of the hall.

He is writing a course about how he built his awesome calves. See his site for that upcoming free contribution to hypertrophy theory.

his calves aren't...bad. more swollen ankles than calves though.

what i wanna know is how could he have delts that bad

actually it'd be very informative for anyone trying to build there body to learn exactly what vince does to build his so they know what to avoid.
