Agree!  Im only 31 and it would hurt a little to be in the "masters" catagory already.

I am 40 years old, have several Natural Pro Cards, NGA, USNBA & NPAF (new forming organization)

I bodybuild for a hobby, I work a full-time job and also work a part-time job and own a Personal training studio-business.  I love to compete and usually will enter any show within driving distance,  To me being a Natural Pro is basically accomplishing a personal goal.  And I am limited to compete in the Pro organizations because of travel/distance of the shows and time of year they are held.  I am happy to just "break even" if prize money is awarded in these shows.  Break even in the means of hotel, travel, food and registration expenses.  The NPC is a great organization and has many shows in the early summer-fall (when I like to compete) in the PA, NJ, NY and DE area.

I also do most of my pre-contest training in my home-basement gym.

That's fine and dandy but in the real world people are valued based on having a decent net worth. Do you think Mike has a decent net worth?

Net worth...Arvilla set goals, busted his but in the gym and dieted strict.  He competed, went through the "grueling" pre-conest time and made great changes in his physique.  Most importantly like myself, he is learning more about his body.  He is a winner regardlass where he
places-placed in bodybuilding shows.  Everybody is a winner if they achieve and exceed their goals...it doesn't have to be on a bodybuilding stage.  It could be simple as a woman who wants to drop a pant-dress size, or a high school football player who increased his bench press by 25 pounds and also trimmed a 1/2 second in his 40 yard dash. So in closing, I do not look at people's value on having decent Net Worth.  Setting goals, having the heart-desire and confidence in yourself to meet and exceed the goals is winning.  That is VALUE!

And let me say say this guy (Anthony DEangelis)...called me almost every single day during that hellish pre-contest
prep time, offering words of encouragement and to "hang in there"
a better more loyal friend you could not find.................(except for this lady!)
