Hello, guys!!! I am gonna post a picture of myself (far right), Mr. Gunter and Fernando Sardinha, a brazilian NABBA amateur bb, class 3. This one was taken here in Brazil, at a seminar that was held on June, 24th of this year, and I was the one who conducted with Gunter. I can't emphasize enough how much of a class act this man was the entire time he was here. He did a training session onstage , trained back and biceps, and even used dumbells up to 200 pounds for one arm db rows. Gunter, you kick ass !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will contact one of the mods to know if they can resize it for me so I can post it. Wait up!! ;D

No , the man train very hard. His last rep is his last rep, trust me guys! He does complete ROM, and even pauses at the peak contraction. Very good form.
