Yes, sushi. He hasn't had a protein shake in months. He did try much harder during his competitive years to get in lots of protein and calories but nowdays he does not monitor it and just eats what he likes. I would imagine he still gets an average of 100 to 150 grams of protein and 3000 to 4000 calories per day total, and that's with eating probably about 3-4 times a day - so no, not every 3 hours anymore.

If Nasser supposedly sucks so much, shy is he most talked about bodybuilders years and years after his retirement. People obviously care about him. A lot simply can't relate to him because he's not originally american and he's intelligent to a point many people find it intimidating.

QFT. Those intimidated include those running the sport too. Some of them clearly resent having a bodybuilder - usual bluecollar and/or uneducated - being way more intelligent than them.

In many ways , despite having the best physique of all time in terms of mass, condition and aesthetics, Nasser was always too good for bodybuilding. I hate to say it as I do love the sport, but nasser was such a cut above that some powerful people in the industry clearly resented it.

Nobody is arguing with that tiby... it's the way Nasser tried to get attention back to himself via the internet media that has people asking a lot of questions...

personally I like Nasser we've met before and see eye to eye... I just wonder why he wasn't invited at the ASC last year...

He was invited. He didn't want to go. Seriously, all our argument aside alex Nasser chose not to go. He is in a position both financially, emotionally and morally where he can say "goodbye and fuck you" to whoever he want and that includes a lot of the fake, corrupt and cheating assholes that ruin modern bodybuilding's credibility.

Yet again Nasser is the only one with the courage and bravery to actually say both in word and gesture "something is wrong here".

From the tone of his voice, it sounded very important... and he did mention all the Nasserians on here (cream your pants now)... which I find quite obsessive on his part...
