writing a book often takes longer than you first anticipate specially if you have lots to tell.
mine is made by a gym owner here who has a small workshop to produce equipments like this.. i bought it at only USD 155 (including freight costs)!!.. the chinese is sold here in some places at USD 330 and it's not as "strong" as the egyptian!!..sure will take some pic. of it

this was not easy at all especially i was alone!!.. also the ceiling of my roof gym is lower than the lenght of the equipment at the door and it goes higher gradually as you move in.. i placed it under the highest part of ceiling and still the space between the ceiling and the equipment is only 20 cm or so ..
