No. haven't been to that one. let me ask you. Does Nasser have memberships at these gyms or does he get special treatment?
Special treatment at several gyms in the area, and not only for himself but me and my wife get to train for free because we were with Nasser, and on top of that sometimes they'd give free souvenir shirts as well.

I remember seeing him a couple of times years ago at the World's gym in PB. I never approached him though. I actually posted on here afterwards questioning why pros don't lift that heavy. He looked as big as a house but then was doing light weights on biceps that day. He was a thick dude for sure.
Many pros figure out how heavy they need to lift to maintain their size given their greater genetics, and it's usually not as heavy as one would think. Nasser also doesn't like to risk injury unnecessarily, and understandably feels drained after a "balls to the wall" heavy workout session such that he doesn't feel like doing much else for the rest of the day but rest and recover...so now that he's retired and on some days knows he needs to take his dogs out or do some errands after the workout he prefers not to totally drain himself each time in the gym.
Next time you're in SD let me know.
Sure, but you wont flake out like Berzerkfury suggested?

What was behind that story anyway?
