still it's bad he was not hitting this pose 100% right!!.. i believe the way he was executing the side chest pose is the reason behind the wrong belief he was flat from the side!.. sure nasser was not flat from the side because it's illogical to believe that some one looks thick and big from the front but flat from the side!!..

An honest question, When he travels so daaamn much, does he go offcycle then? I could imagine it would be a pain in the ass to worry about how to get aas in every country because the man sure has been to a few places lol.

Even during his top years he used to go off-cycle more than most people would think, especially during the years where he did not do any of the shows other than the Olympia and the following Grand Prix. He talks about it in detail in the upcoming book.

He used to eat lots of McDonalds before especially when travelling. Keith/no worries had some story about how he kept eating big mac's in Hawaii when he invited him to promote his show in I think 2000. However, since Feb/09 Nasser stopped eating at McDonalds completely, this was after he watched Supersize Me, as that really had an impact on him. Have any of you guys seen it? It's that documentary which studies a guy who eats only McDonalds for 30 days. He got so turned off I remember he emailed me and told me about it saying he'll never eat McDonalds again, and recently told me he has stuck to that since.

However Nasser does believe that eating junk food in general here and there is good for building size especially if you are not drug free.
