Oh for fvcks sale pumpkinheads, get real already! Why would Bobs inject synthol? As far as I know, he's training just for fun and not for a contest. There's nothing strange about the shape of his bicep - I don't see anything 'rectangular' about it (whatever that even means?!). Why would a successful accountant do something as foolish as inject synthol? Bobs would never take such an idiotit risk only to make his biceps look unnatural.
