Sherif, is a lightweight, Groink is a heavyweight. Sherif would be better to compare himself against shorter guys with less muscle. Groink makes him look like a child. Sherif has very short arms and legs also, so he gives off a fake illusion of being "stalky" or "pudgy". Groink is the real deal with quality muscle, plus he is a monster, Sherif has that hobbit physique.

my leg is 59 cm and during the last legs workout i did 6 DEEP reps of squats with 120 kg!!.. not great i now but good for some one who started to deal seriously with his legs since a short time!!..

I am in the same boat as you....i only got serious about legs 2 years ago. I always trained them but now I can honestly say they were not great workouts. I have got my squat to over 500 lbs now and my legs have thickness now, where they never did before
