Really varies on the mood but here he was just having Sprite.

Some from the gym, Nasser frequents 24-hr fitness, Urbanbody Gym, and World Gym.

Last two three were while training legs with Nasser and Sam. Nasser recommended higher reps for legs (and lower for upper body).

Thanks Swami! It was at the very end of the workout and for moderate reps otherwise I would have tried heavier! But sure it also helps going heavier when Nasser and Sam are there for motivation!
