he probably went to see a doctor shitting and pissing blood day after day; doctors told him his liver and kidneys were about to be shot, he realized out of the blue he was either going to die or struggle to survive in an hospital for the rest of his life, so he went back to egypt, and prolly killed himself there surounded by what remained of his family.
