But for now, clean food.....and maybe subway and quiznoss a few times a week...what will it take for me to get about 10%, not as easy as many think right, esp. with clean cals?  Abs will come back, right?  Up to 166 from 150.......gettng stronger too....thanks boys, any other insight?  Sorry Ive been so hard headed but its a mental strggle seeing the abs go from a diced 6 pack to barely two....why are they the first to go?

Cork it douchbag.....I started at 150..those were my first pics I posted...now a month later, abs are fading fast and I am 165.....my weight fluctuates a good 6-8 lbs between am and pm...now all my posts on weight are am weight to stop the confusion...here are as of today, worse?  Faded?  Opionions...be blunt...

There is no next step.  Keep going as you are.  All depends on your goals, once you're larger your goals will probably change!

if i looked like that, i would eat at the cafe for breakfast for a massive breakfast - sausage bacon eggs etc etc etc , mcdonalds or kfc for dinner, massive chip shop dinner for tea and then a mountain of pizza for supper - and i am serious - you can always clean the diet up once you get over 200lbs. YOUR DIET IS TOO CLEAN FOR YOUR MATABOLISM

i cant see any difference? from your posts it would appear that deep down you are obviously absoloutly scared sh itless of getting fat. Trust me - it wont happen to you - your naturally too thin if you are eating all that and still look like that
