I almost feel bad. Its like a good bodybuilder trapped inside a shltty genetic structure. Haha kinda sux cuz theres nothing he can do about it, he can learn and grow and train as hard as he wants, and hel never be anything cuz his parents genetic combination sux azz lol. Me and my buddie were sitting at the table in Golds when he walked in at the O. God it was funny... this kid who works with me goes thats Layne Norton hes a pro.. my boy is like IN WHAT?!... bowling? BWAHAHAHHAHA so great!

I don't think lane has found the optimal training program for himself. He needs to keep experimenting. He needs to build that mind muscle connection and feel his muscles working while training.

I know what you mean Alex, its about working the inner pump, feeling the muscles twinge with every contraction.

I've seen a vid of him pressing 150s well for 6. Whatever he looks like thats quite decent for a natural.

He does not have a IFBB pro card. He has a natural pro card. Thats like not being able to hack it in the majors... so you go play pro ball in the mexican leagues haha in the mexican league ur pro but you wouldnt even be double A in the majors haha

So, care to put a wager on something....seeing as you look down on natural pros....next year there is a show that is held in Kansas City....an amatuer show that is a pro qualifier, as well as pro show. How about I lay $500 out to you that you wouldnt be able to win your pro card at the show. I will be doing the show, so I will be there to give the money to you..RIGHT ON STAGE

I like Layne`s dedication. That is his great quality. His downfall is not his physique at all. It is his mind. It is not capable of free-thought or conceptualizing higher Science and his body is governed by fear. While he does not believe whole-heartedly in "Gym-Science", he subscribes to enough of it without question, which is akin to a traditionalist Christian. Question Everything.

I have respect for him because he does bust his ass, but he also hasn't taken the wrong path like our friends Adam Reich and Derek Anthony. Layne I believe is engaged now? He's working with SciVation and accomplishing a lot of good for himself.

Layne is a pretty good guy. He knows his stuff and is a true natural bodybuilder. He did get his pro card after years of banging it out in the gym. Most people who use juice never even came close to looking like him and he's knows his stuff.
