Jeff and I were pretty good freinds in the 90's when I live in Vencie. He is a good guy.

I met Jeff at a contet in Florida in 1995......one of the nicest pros I`ve ever met,I shot the shit with him for over 2 hours before the contest started.

Really nice guy.  I met him in 1992 when he came to the Gold's gym in Thunder Bay.  I was 10 at the time.  Oh wait, there is no Gold's gym here.  Oh never mind, maybe that didn't happen.  :P

I remember the night he came home from the North American Championships. The show was held in Tijuana Mexico and we had not heard who won yet. Well Poo-Poo walks into Gold's Venice, the night after the show, and we all ask "How'd you do? Top 5? We're you dry?" Poo-Poo causally says, "Dudes. I did good. I won the heavy-weights and the overall and got my IFBB Pro card."

We all went crazy! Jeff was very modest about the whole thing and just very happy to get his pro card. In his previous pro qualifier he had placed 8th. That being the case, we were not expecting Jeff to return with his pro card. Very cool indeed.

Good story it's refreshing to hear stories of level headed bodybuilders.
